Return & Alteration Policy

We want you to absolutely love every product you purchase from Harneet Kaur. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please drop us an email at harneetkaurofficial0@gmail.com, and our team will assist you.


Please note: Items are non-returnable, but you may exchange the same style for a different size or exchange for a different style. Exchanges for a different style are only allowed for products of equal or higher value. Customised products cannot be exchanged or returned. Exchanges can only be made twice per order, after which we reserve the right to refuse further exchanges.

 

How Exchange Works

  1. To request an exchange, email us at harneetkaurofficial0@gmail.com
  2. Exchange requests will be considered only if sent within 7 days of receiving your order.
  3. Once your request is confirmed, we’ll send you a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an alteration will not be accepted.
  4. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
  5. All products must be returned with tags intact, in their original packaging, and in unwashed and undamaged condition.
  6. After we receive the product, our team will inspect it and ship the new item to you. Delivery will typically take 7–10 business days.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Products

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, please notify us within 24 hours at harneetkaurofficial0@gmail.com.


We’ll send you a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an alteration will not be accepted.

  • Exchanges and repairs are limited to direct customer purchases.
